Currently we operate NINJA KITA in other country and called CHIBI NINJA, and we have vacancy for :

GAME MASTER (based in Jakarta, Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent email support to ensure customer satisfaction
2. Collect, investigate, and document data regarding in-game issues, exploits and bugs
3. Organize, communicate and execute events for the community
4. Provide technical email support to customers
5. Community management (reading and responding to forum postings, collect feedback etc)

Requirements:

• You love playing games (social, causal, MMOs)
• Good command of English communication skills to liaise with users
• Strong analytical and creative skills, and has a positive attitude to dealing with people
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills - must be able to engage and motivate a wide audience world wide
